SITE INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
This site uses browser storage for your consent choice. It does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
What this site uses
Hospitality Robotics Lab currently uses the browser’s localStorage to remember the choice you make in the consent interface. This is browser storage, not a conventional cookie, and it is stored on the device and browser you are using. No analytics identifier, advertising pixel or third-party tracking cookie is implemented by this website at the time of publication. Browser or hosting providers may handle technical information as part of delivering a website; that is separate from a tracking feature added by this editorial site.
The consent record is used to remember whether you accepted optional categories, rejected non-essential storage or saved a preference selection. It allows the notice to remain dismissed across pages in the same site and browser. Clearing site data removes the record, so the notice may appear again. Your selections can be reopened and changed through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
Preference categories
| Category | Purpose | Example | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core site operation | Saved consent choice | Session or persistent |
| Analytics | Usage measurement | Analytics identifier | Varies by implementation |
| Functional | Remember preferences | Saved display preferences | Varies by implementation |
The table describes category purposes in general. On this website, the consent selection is the active localStorage use; optional analytics measurement is not currently implemented. Choosing an optional category does not activate a tracker that is not present. Essential storage is always enabled because the preference interface needs to remember your selection.
Managing your choice
Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer to reopen the preference panel. You can enable or disable the optional analytics and functional categories there, then save. Cancel closes the panel without saving the edits in that session. The interface offers a rejection option for non-essential categories. The site does not use a consent choice to create a user profile.
You can also clear site data or local storage in your browser. Browser menus and labels change over time, but the usual controls are found in privacy, security or site settings. In current desktop versions of Chrome, Edge and Firefox, open the browser’s settings, locate privacy or site data, find this site and clear its stored data. In Safari, use Settings or Preferences, then Privacy and website data controls to manage stored website information. Mobile steps differ by operating system and browser version; consult the browser’s own help if a menu has moved.
Cookie controls in browsers
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local site storage, but blocking all site data may affect saved preferences or other site functions. You can usually remove data for an individual domain rather than deleting everything. A browser’s private browsing mode may clear site data when the session ends. These settings are controlled by your browser, not by this website, and may behave differently after updates.
Third parties, changes and contact
This site does not presently include third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy and the consent interface should be updated before any applicable optional technology is enabled. External services you choose to visit have their own privacy and cookie practices; review those directly. The duration of any future cookie or storage entry would depend on its purpose and actual implementation, so no unimplemented name or expiry is promised here.
